The reservation system provides abundant and flexible use for its owners. With a pre-determined number of owners per property (typically between four and eight), each owner is guaranteed an abundance of weeks throughout the year.

Planned Week Vacations Each owner can reserve week long vacations well in advance throughout the year. Owner's can either elect to reserve weeks together or apart. A rotating priority number is assigned to each owner and changes each year to equitably allocate planned week vacation availability.
Planned Mid-Week Vacations At certain properties, owner's can reserve mid-week vacations well in advance throughout the year. A rotating priority number is assigned to each owner and changes each year to equitably allocate planned mid-week vacation availability.
Space Available Vacations After planned vacations are confirmed, owners will have the flexibility to choose additional vacation time on a space available basis. Owners can have one space available reservation at any time. After the space available vacation is used, it continues to replenish.
Short Notice Vacations For those last minute vacation decisions, owners may make a short notice vacation reservation, subject to availability, that does not count against their planned or space available vacation reservations.
